We developed our laundry process to help make garments last longer and provide you with a cleaner uniform. This includes:
- Deionized water used in final two rinses to reduce contamination
- Batch washing by customer and garment type
- Validated wash formulas in interlocked washers
- QA monitoring
By following our strict quality control system, MicroClear XP™, our garments meet cleanroom standards. To help prevent cross contamination, there are 16 critical control points throughout our process, including:
- Pickup and delivery
- Washing and drying
- Inspection
- Folding and sealing
- Tracking and reporting
